DHHIG Members -

Non-DHHIG Members -
Membership in the DHHIG is totally free and has its benefits, including NTC 2005.
If you are a Government employee, you qualify to become a DHHIG member.
You need to become a DHHIG member in order to attend the conference.
Though there is no membership fee.

DHHIG Guests:
We require all our conference attendees who are eligible to become a DHHIG member to join DHHIG. However, we recognize that interests in our conferences attract people defined outside our membership scope.
If you fall outside our membership scope, you may register and attend our conference as a Conference Guest and pay the Regular 3 day conference fee of $300.

Senior Citizens -
Senior Citizen registration rates apply to current, Government employee attendees who are or will be at least 62 years old by May 9, 2005. You must register as a DHHIG member and select the Senior Citizen registration rate on the conference registration form. Your registration will be subject to review when you arrive to attend the conference. To qualify for discounted registration rates: Senior Citizens must bring a valid identification card showing proof of age.
If you register as a Senior Citizen but do not qualify for a Senior Citizen discount, you will be required to pay the difference at the door.

Students -
Student registration rates apply to current full time student. To You must register in advance and select Student Registration option on the registration form. Your registration will be subject to review when you arrive to attend the conference. You must bring a copy of a valid full time and current student identification.
If you register as a student but do not qualify for a student discount, you will be required to pay the difference at the door.

Retired Member -
If you are a retired Government employee, you qualify for free attendance at our conference. You must register in advance online and select the Retiree registration option on the registration form. You must bring a copy of a valid CSA (Civil Service Annuity) claim number.
If you register as a Retiree member but do not qualify for a Retiree member discount, you will be required to pay the difference at the door.

Exhibit Hall/Job Fair Only Registration -
Capacity at the conference is limited. While our Exhibit hall is open without charge to those who wish to visit our job fair recruiters and sponsoring vendors, we require pre-registration online so we can better do capacity planning for the conference.

Registration Confirmation -
For Internet registrations, immediate e-mail confirmation will be sent. Registrations processed via the post office box will receive e-mail or faxed confirmation of conference registration If you do not receive confirmation, please send email to DHHIG Registrar at Registrar@dhhig.org.Payment -
Payment must accompany all registration and can be made entirely online by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, and VISA), agency, company or personal checks, money order, or signed training voucher. Checks or money orders must be in U.S. funds, drawn on US banks, and payable to DHHIG. There is a $25.00 fee imposed for check that is returned by your financial institution. DHHIG reserves the right to pursue claims for unpaid checks. You can register online or, mail or fax a copy of manually filled out printed copy of the online registration form. No registrations will be accepted over the phone. Mailed registration forms received without payment will not be processed.Registration Deadline -
May 6, 2005 is the last day of faxed and online registration. The fax number is 202--275-1026 and no registration will be accepted until on-site registration dates. Attendees registered for the conference will receive one copy of the DHHIG/NTC program book, a document bag, and some freebies.Badge Replacement Fee -
Though badges are included in the cost, there is a fee for replacing missing badges. If you lose your badge, you will need to show us your registration confirmation letter in order to get a new badge. You will also be required to pay a $25.00 badge replacement fee. Please understand that you may not enter the workshops area without proper badge.
Exhibits Hall (includes Job Fair and Vendors) Only Badges -
The exhibit hall is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, May . 9-10, and 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May. 11. Exhibits Hall Only Badges allow entrance to the main lobby, Continental Ballroom on the 3 rd floor, and the Hippodrome on the 5 th floor on any of the three days of the exhibition: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Exhibits Hall Only registration is available to children aged 12-16; however, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under age 12 are not permitted on the exhibit floor at any time.Cancellations and Substitutions -
All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent via e-mail to DHHIG Registrar Registrar@DHHIG.ORG with a copy to NTC2005 event registrar at NTCRegistrar@dhhig.org . Cancellation requests received by Friday, May 6, 2005 will qualify for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after May 6, 2005 . Refunds will be processed by check only within 60 days after the close of the conference. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. Written notice of cancellation may also be sent via letter to:
