NTC 2007 will focus on the employment, advancement, retention, and culture of Government employees who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing as well as hearing employees. The conference will also focus on ways to foster communication among hearing and Deaf individuals, regardless of communication modes such as sign language or spoken English.
The conference will provide an opportunity for the attendees to hear from nationally recognized speakers and trainers; they will address current realities and future trends, and the assessment and use of leadership. Our goal is to increase the participants' awareness of issues that challenge government employees who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or hearing people with an interest in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
