Movie Night at the NTC!

DHHIG is sponsoring an Open Captioned Movie at Gallery Place Stadium 14. The movie is NEXT with Nicolas Cage and Julianne Moore. The movie will be playing at 7:45pm on Tuesday, May 8th. Please come!!! Get Tickets at the DHHIG table in Exhibit Hall.

The Registration Desk will be open at the following hours:
Monday, May 7: 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Tuesday, May 8: 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, May 9: 8:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursday, May 10: 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Please bring your ID to the registration. However, if you are registered as a part-time or full-time college student, please bring your current valid college ID to qualify for a discount ($200 for a three-day passport). If you are registered as a senior citizen, please bring your driver's license or other forms of identification showing you are 62 years old or older to qualify for a discount ($200 for a three-day passport).

• The State Plaza Hotel provides a shuttle from/to the National Reagan Airport.
• GWU Inn and One Washington Circle Hotel do not provide a shuttle from/to the airport. Participants can always take a cab.
• Participants will need to take their own transportation to the Cafritz Conference Center. The hotels are within a short walking distance.

Registration Deadline Extended to April 20, 2007.

We are extending the registration deadline to April 20, 2007 to welcome additional registrants to NTC 2007.

Please be sure to visit our hospitality page, http://www.dhhig.org/ntc/2007/hospitality.htm,
as it pertains to important information regarding hotels and dates of availability.

Training form fax deadline is April 13. It will allow us to get the invoice and process payment by April 20. We will not send invoices after April 16; therefore, training forms will not be accepted after April 16, unless it includes credit card payment information.

Regarding our cancellation policy, requests received by Friday, April 20, will qualify for a full refund. The request must be submitted in writing and sent to NTCRegistrar@dhhig.org.

Again, if you already registered but did not make a payment, please go to this link, http://www.dhhig.org/default.asp?code=News&e=link&id=148#payment, to complete your payment by April 20, 2007.
